What types of meats do you specialize in?

At Chicharrones El Guero, we specialize in a variety of meats, with a particular focus on fried pork skins (chicharrón), slow-cooked carnitas, and spicy chorizo. Our menu highlights rich, bold flavors and traditional cooking methods that bring out the best in each cut of meat.

Are your dishes spicy?

Some of our dishes, like our chicharrón and chorizo, have a kick of spice, but we aim to balance heat with flavor. If you’re sensitive to spice, just let us know! We can adjust the level of heat to suit your taste.

Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free options?

Absolutely! While we specialize in meat dishes, we do offer a few vegetarian-friendly options such as our sopes with cheese and beans. Many of our dishes are naturally gluten-free, but we recommend checking with your server for specific dietary concerns.
